Subscription

  • Lifter Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $6.99 CAD per month, including a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Any unused portion of the free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Lifter does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund policy applies to all purchases.

Acceptable Use

Lifter is for personal fitness tracking. You may not use Lifter to distribute, sell, or exploit content generated by the service, attempt to reverse engineer the AI recommendations, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer

Lifter is not a medical product. AI-generated weight, rep, and exercise recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, physiological, or professional fitness advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether any suggested weight or exercise is appropriate for your current fitness level, physical condition, and experience. Always warm up appropriately, use proper form, and start conservatively when trying new exercises or returning after a break. Consult a qualified physician or certified trainer before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have injuries, chronic conditions, or other health concerns.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise involves inherent risks of physical injury. By using Lifter, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with any exercise you perform, including but not limited to risks arising from following or deviating from weight and rep recommendations provided by the app. Lifter does not assess your physical readiness, supervise your form, or monitor your environment. You use all recommendations at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifter and Matt McFadyen are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including personal injury — arising from your use of the app or reliance on its recommendations.
